J M Gagen | Metaverse, Metachorus This is the project site for the research study entitled: The study, submitted, in September 2012 as the final component in the MSc Digital Anthropology programme at University College London, consists of an ethnographic study of 'virtual performers', and examines the role of live musical performance and musicians in the virtual environment. It concludes with an analysis of the practice of virtual performance, and the nature of liveness in this context. |
